Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mainframe's website (getmainframe.ai) or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Mainframe provides custom business platform development, AI agent integration, and related services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in the service agreement executed between Mainframe and each client.

Subscriptions & Payment

• Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

Intellectual Property

The custom platform built for your business is owned by you. You retain all rights to your business data, branding, and content. Mainframe retains ownership of our underlying frameworks, tools, and proprietary technology used to build your platform.

Data Ownership

All data you input into your platform belongs to you. You may export your data at any time. Upon termination of services, we will provide a complete data export and delete your data from our systems within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Mainframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of your platform, though we maintain commercially reasonable uptime standards.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a full data export and assist with transition. Prepaid fees for unused service periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.
